HR Administrative Manager Boston, MA – Near South Station

What we need:

An HR Administrative Manager for our growing manufacturing company headquartered in downtown Boston. We are currently under 50 employees and experiencing dramatic growth and profiting from years of experience designing and supporting great products.

Things you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field required.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible HR Generalist experience.
  • Must be able to work independently, have strong organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, strong Excel skills preferred and the ability to work with and influence employees at all levels.
  • Previous experience supporting high technology companies or smaller organizations a plus!

What you’ll be doing:

You will be solely responsible for the functionality of the HR Department and report directly to the President/CEO. You will provide professional HR support to the entire organization including recruitment, employee relations, communications, performance management, new employee orientation, exit interviews, benefits, and compensation as well as payroll. In addition, provide support to Finance for the GL and other Ad-hoc projects for example, proxy statements, stock transfers and Board of Director meetings, as needed.
