Zoom's V.34 FaxModem Wins Byte Best and PC Digest Awards

to be a superior value in tests conducted among 13 competing
33.6 Kbps modems by two leading trade magazines. Prestigious
Byte Magazine named the V.34X Plus a "BYTE BEST"
in its March issue and PC Digest, published by the respected
National Software Testing Laboratory (NSTL), awarded the V.34X
Plus a "Recommended" rating in its January issue.
Byte named the Zoom V.34X Plus the top low-cost modem
and ranked it second in the "Best Overall" category.
The magazine awarded the Zoom V.34X Plus the five-star maximum
for usability. According to the article, the Zoom V.34X Plus
"provided plenty of zip in our performance tests."
According to the PC Digest review, "Performance
