What is my actual cost to set
up the service?
There is a set-up fee of $2000. However, you will get a $10
per unit rebate up to the entire $2000 fee for each Zoom VoIP
hardware product that you purchase.
What does Zoom provide?
Zoom provides a complete package of specially desiged tools,
including HTML and programming templates that let you easily
customize your site, user account management tools, an Application
Programming Interface for management and billing, a support
manual, two hours of personalized training, and ongoing phone
and email support from an assigned Project Manager.
How do I get started?
It’s simple. Sign a non-disclosure agreement. This will
let us send you the complete terms and conditions, current
rates, and technical implementation details.
How long will it take to set up the service?
Setting up your service and going live should take from 1
to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your site and the
level of your in-house technical expertise.
Will I require any in-house programming or other expertise?
You will need to do some HTML and database programming (Access,
MySQL or equivalent).
Do I have to use Zoom VoIP hardware?
Typically, yes. In very special circumstances involving large
user communities, Zoom may be willing to qualify and support
a specific piece of hardware other than Zoom.
What enhanced calling features will my customers get?
Besides excellent quality VoIP calling with great US and International
per minute rates, Zoom ASAP gives customers FREE advanced
services including caller ID, call forwarding, call blocking,
voicemail and conference rooms.
How is customer billing handled?
Since you bill your customer, you can take any form of payment
you like. Zoom ASAP gives you an electronic billing statement
for each customer showing what they owe you based on your
service offerings and the costs that you set. One unique feature
of Zoom ASAP is that we let you offer a Prepay plan. For Prepay,
a deposit is made to a customer account and payment is deducted
when a call is made.
How do customers track their
accounts?
Zoom’s software lets customers track not only their
account status, but also lets them view a complete record
of past calls including incoming calls, ougoing calls and
missed calls.. They can even seethe cost of every call as
soon as the call is completed!
How much do I pay for a call,
and how much can I charge?
Zoom ASAP offers you extremely competitive wholesale rates.
You will receive the current wholesale rate schedule after
you complete the NDA process.. You charge whatever you’d
like. Our customer billing information will be based on the
rates you choose.
Who does the customer support?
Zoom provides you with support and 24-7 emergency problem
response. You provide direct support to your customers.
What languages are supported
by the ASAP program?
The ASAP program supports eight language options: English,
Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Turkish and Vietnamese.
The user interface and billing statement are presented in
the language of your choice. |
