Calling Plans

Typical
Pay-per-Call Service (Plan A)
Your customers get basic VoIP service, which gives them VoIP access
on a charged per call basis, along with free multi-number call forwarding,
call conferencing, caller ID, and other convenience features. They
pay for premium features like DID (their own inbound phone number)
on an a la carte basis.
You set the rates they are charged for all calls and services.
Plan A Costs
Your cost is $1.00 per month per customer service fee, which you
can pass along to your customers if you choose.
Typical Low
Monthly Cost Service (Plan B)
Your customers pay you an additional $4.95 per month (or whatever
you choose) for voice service. The customer gets a US DID phone
number, 100 FREE US calling minutes, and all VoIP features. Any
US minutes over 100 and any minutes to other countries are billed
at rates you specify.
Plan B Costs
Your cost is $1.00 per month plus $.75 DID charge plus $1.52 for
100 minutes. If all 100 minutes are used, your margin at $4.95 per
month is $1.68. If less than 100 minutes are used, the margin is
higher. If more than 100 minutes are used, you charge for the additional
minutes at a rate you establish.
Typical
High-usage Service (Plan C)
Your customers pay you an additional $19.95 per month (or whatever
you choose). They get 1500 US calling minutes per month and all
VoIP features. Any US minutes over 1500 and any minutes to other
countries are billed at rates you specify.
Plan C Costs
Your cost is $1.00 per month plus $.75 DID charge plus $13.25. Your
margin is $4.95 per month per customer.
