About the AT&T Dataconnect Pass Guide

The AT&T Dataconect Pass Guide is helpful, but it incorrectly states that you need an AT&T compatible netbook/laptop to use AT&T Dataconnect. Note that the Zoom model 4596 3G modem can be used instead, so you don't need an AT&T compatible netbook/laptop. To use the modem, you plug an AT&T SIM card into the modem.

Of course you can plug this 3G modem, the Zoom Model 4596, into the USB port of a netbook, laptop, computer, router, or other compatible device.
