Zoom and RoHS "Lead Free"
Zoom is committed to respecting the environment and the regulations of the countries where we do business. One important regulation is the European Union's Directive 2002/95/EC, Restriction on Use of Hazardous Substances (RoHS), which has strict rules regarding products put on the European market after July 1, 2006. Those products have defined limits on their content of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers.
Zoom marks RoHS compliant products with this symbol on the package and/or barcode label.
You will also find either a letter F or G as the last digit of the part number for each RoHS compliant product produced by Zoom.
Most of Zoom's products are RoHS compliant,
including every product Zoom ships into Europe.

For each RoHS compliant product, a Certificate of ROHS Compliance is available upon request from Zoom.
