Please Note:

• This upgrade is ONLY for modems that have Firmware Version 5.0.2-xx. If your modem has an older version (5.0.1.xx or 5.0.0-xx), you must upgrade to 5.0.2 before you can apply the 5.0.4 update. How do I find my firmware version?
• You will be required to do a soft and a hard factory reset, as explained in the included ReadMe.txt document.
