Our Zoom CableModem USB External offers users convenience, high performance and ease of installation with its USB Port. The USB port is designed to be "Plug and Play", meaning that the devices will be correctly detected and configured automatically as soon as they are attached. Furthermore, a USB cable modem does not require installation of an Ethernet card.

Windows 98/Me/2000/XP driver setup program (.exe file) for our USB cable modem, Model 5031.

Note: This is the same setup program that shipped on the included CD-ROM. It is not an update!

Zoom Cable Modem Status Monitor v3.2.0 (.exe file) for use with Windows 98/Me/2000/XP. Use this utility to monitor your cable modem connection and to troubleshoot any registration problems with your cable service provider. After extracting/opening the file, double-click Setup.exe to begin the installation.
