PCI FaxModem Support Files

Please note the presence or absence of letters in the model numbers below when selecting files for your modem. An "L" in your modem's serial number indicates you have an Agere (Lucent) chipset. A "C" indicates you have a Conexant (Rockwell) chipset. The modem's serial number is located on a white label on the back bracket.

" x" is any integer from 0-9 and "a" is a letter in the following examples:

xxxx-Z3025-xx-xxL-xxxx uses an Agere chipset.
xxxx-Z3025-xx-xxC-xxxx uses a Conexant chipset.
xxxxaaPCIxxxx uses a Conexant chipset.

Files for use with our Agere chipset-based modems will not work with our Conexant chipset-based modems, and vice versa.
